1/2 (4a + 10b) = c

Remove the 1/2 by multiplying both sides by 2:

4a + 10b = 2c

Subtract 4a from both sides:

10b = 2c -4a

Divide both sides by 10:

b = (2c-4a)/10

SImplify by the fraction:

b = (c - 2a)/5
