we know that the perimeter of a circle is the same as the cirmcumference

we also know that the circumference is given as

C= 2πr

For circle A

C=2*3.124*2

C= 12.56 in

For circle B

C=2*3.124* 3 1/4

C= 2*3.142*13/4

C= 2*3.142*3.25

C= 20.42 in

For circle C

C=2*3.124*1

C= 6.284 in

Now the perimeter of all the circles ABC is

=12.56 +20.42 + 6.284

=39.26 in
