Explanation:

If M is the midpoint of XY, then ...

M = (X +Y)/2

2M = X +Y

Y = 2M -X

Y = 2(-4, 3) -(-1, 5) = (2(-4)-(-1), 2(3) -5)

Y = (-7, 1)
