In my opinion the purpose of education is defined in numerous ways. It is teaching the next generation of students not what to think but how to think. Education teaches us many things some we will need forever and some we will forget. However, we would never be successful without the education system. Altogether, I believe the purpose of education is to teach the next generation of future leaders how to think on their own.
