So first we start in the parenthesis,

( 2 + 4 ) + 15 / ( 9 - 6 )

6 + 15 / 3

Now that we solved the parenthesis lets see what our next step is in PEMDAS, there aren't any exponents, there isn't any multiplication, so our next step must be division.

15/3 = 5

6 + 5

So now all we have in our equation is addition which is 6 plus 5 this is obviously 11,
