13p - 3 = 5p + 13 find p please

First add 3 to both sides of the equation.
13p= 5p + 16

Next subtract 5p from both sides of the equation. 8p = 16

Divide both sides by 8 so you can get p by itself. p = 2

ANSWER : p=2
