I only have today to get help.... please answer if you can I dont know what my professor is asking. ( we just learned about charts) You and a friend are discussing the good news that the annual number of deaths due to a certain disease has been decreasing over the last decade. Your friend says that it is even more encouraging that the rate of decrease of this annual number is also decreasing. How would you reply?

Rate of decrease is decreasing rate isn’t an encouraging fact. A decrease in the rate of decrease means we’re processing at a slow rate & it will take more time to uproot the disease. If the rate of decrease is decreasing that means decrease isn’t very significant.
