it is -4 (i wrote a wrong answer at first and i didn't wanted to leave it like that)

Explanation:

if we replace the x with -4 it would be 4(-4)+5 and 2(-4)-3

first, the multiplication, 4(-4) its -16, -16 plus 5 its equal to -11

now the other equation, 2(-4) its -8, -8 minus 3 its equal to -11
