Let the missing percentage of division C and E are c% and e% respectively.

Since, division B + division C + division D = 50%

[Divisions on one half of the circle]

23% + c% + 18% = 50%

41% + c% = 50%

c = 50 - 41

c = 9%

Similarly, division A + division F + division E = 50%

27 + 13 + e = 50

40 + e = 50

e = 10%
