Most enzymes work best at 37C because at lower and higher temperatures, the conditions are not optimal for their performance. Explain in DETAIL what happens at low temperatures, optimal temperature and high temperatures with the molecular speed, energy and interactions. Be sure to explain what denaturation means.

That's because the solubility

  • Temperature is directly proportional to solubility

Higher the solubility higher the temperature

Lower the temperature lower the solubility

So

Less temperature makes enzymes work faster
