Answer: the first 8 eight is in the hundreds place, the 3 is in the tens place, the 2 is in the ones place, then behind the decimal, the nine is in the tenths place, the second 8 is in the hundreths place, the five is in the thousandths place, and the 5 is in the ten thousandths place.

For the second question, there would be about 33 teachers in each group because 33x4=132. There would be about 3 teachers left out of the groups

I do not know if these are correct, haven't done math in a while and i'm in 7th grade hope these helped!
