Storm would carry a stick in his mouth letting the owner know everything was okay and the team wasn’t being over worked. If Storm dropped the stick or refused to pick up the stick, the owner knew it was time for a break. I feel other animals communicate, my dogs come and find me every afternoon at 4pm to bark at me that it is time for them to be fed. Always at 4pm.
