Explain why clouds are more likely to form at higher elevations. (Use the terms relative humidity and dewpoint in your answer)

Answer & Explanation:

At higher elevations, water condenses from the air and produces clouds, which often blanket lofty peaks and completely obscure them. As the clouds get saturated with moisture, rain and snow fall. The precipitation, when combined with the strong winds, results in frequent stormy weather.
