Use the distance formula to find radius:


\sf d = √((x_2 - x_1)^2 + (y_2-y_1)^2)

where (x1, y1), (x2, y1) are points


\rightarrow \sf √((-2-1)^2+(-3-5)^2)


\rightarrow \sf √(73)

Eqaution of circle:

(x-h)² + (y-k)² = r²

(x-(-2))² + (y-(-3))² = (√73)²

(x +2)² + (y+3)² = 73
