We multiplied 3.14 times 4 because remember that the radius is half of the diameter and we get 2 but remember the exponent so we need to multiplied to the second power 2 times 2 and we get 4 so when we multiplied 3.14 times 4 we get 12.56 and when we multiplied 12.56 times the height which is 7 we get 87.92 so check the choices and see if there is an answer and yes there is so b which is 87.92in^3 is hopefully the correct answer.
