Solution :

`VO_2` is given by :

`VO_2=3.5+[v( in \ m/min)* 0.2]+(Grade* v * 0.9 )\\\\52=3.5+(v* 0.2)+0\\ \\v=(52-3.5)/(0.2)\ m/min\\\\v=242.5\ m/min`

Therefore , the speed is 242.5 m/min .
