Density of a liquid is 0.80 g/cc. When the liquid is filled in the bottle, the mass of the bottle becomes 75g. If the bottle weighs 35g while it was empty, then calculate the volume of the liquid.

75g = Mass of bottle + Mass of liquid

35g = Mass of bottle

Therefore Mass of liquid = 40g.

Volume of liquid = Mass/Density = 35/0.80 = 43.75cc.
