Then we can equate the angles to 180


5q - 4 + 39 + 90 = 180

Or we can simplify it and do


5q - 4 + 39 = 90

As the right angle can be subtracted from 180 at once to give 90, we have


5q + 35 = 90


5q = 55

When we take 35 over to the other side and we subtract it from 90.

Later,


q = 11,

When we divide both sides by 5,

Putting it back, we have


5 * 11 - 4

Solving, we have


55 - 4

We have, 51
