U have to check these: (proportional)
1. Does it pass through (0,0)?
2. Is the equation for the graph is y=kx ?
For example: y= 3x
• if the simplified ratio of y/x are equal then they are proportional

Not proportional:
1. Does NOT pass through (0,0)
2. Equation format is y=mx+b
For example : y=3x+11
