Answer:

.gov and .edu are 100% reliable.

They're government ran (.gov) or "educational institution" (.edu) ran. So their information is accurate on whatever subject they're talking about.

Another is .org, but they're not always reliable. They are mostly reliable however. They're non-profit organizations so most of the time they're accurate, good information.

However: .gov and .edu are your best bet for answers here.
