he can try out for the football team next year. He has not exercised regularly since he injured his left knee over two years ago in a skateboarding accident, but he is planning an intense and vigorous exercise regimen. Write a letter to Greg giving him some advice on getting back into shape safely considering his past.

Dear Greg.

As I know of your desire to join the football team and the accident that ended up delaying your plans, I decided to write this letter to you giving some advice that I believe will be useful. As you know, I am concerned about your well being and I would not be able to be calm about the possibility that you may get hurt.

I would like to first reinforce that before you start exercising again, it is necessary that you look for a doctor who can assess your physical condition and affirm whether it is safe for you to return to exercise now or not. I also believe that you should look for a personal trainer and a physical therapist, to help you even more. Lastly, just like me, I hope you care about your diet at this time and that is why I recommend that you look for a nutritionist too.

It is necessary to start exercising again little by little, since your body is unaccustomed and neither I nor you want to cause any more injuries. Don't be in a hurry, but patience and perseverance.

I hope that everything works out and that soon you can achieve your goals.

With love,

Amy liss.
