value of r in the equation; r + 4p + 5q

r=2 because when you multiply 4p which is also 4x3 and that would be 12. Then you multiply 5q which is also 5x2 which equals to 10. You add them together which makes 22 and then you subtract 22 from 24 and you get left with 2, so r=2
