Answer:

ratio of equal side to its base = 3:2

let the equal side and base side be 2x and 3x

AB=AC= 3x, BC=2x

now,

3x+3x+2x=32

8x = 32

x=4

AB=AC= 3*4=12

BC= 2*4=8

Area of isosceles traingle =A = ½[√(a² − b² ⁄4) × b =32√2cm
