Answer:

y-3=-3(x+2)

Explanation:

Point-slope form is y-y1=m(x-x1).

So if the coordinates given are (-2,3) you substitute the y1 and x1 with those variables, along with determining the slope which is -3/1 because the line goes up towards the left rathar than the right side making it negative.

And there's your equation! Hope that helped.
