Answer: 5√2
Let’s say A(-5,-3) and B(2,-4)
AB= sqr (xB-xA)² + (yb-yA)²
= sqr [2-(-5)]² + [-4-(-3)]²
= sqr 49 + 1
= sqr 50
AB= 5 sqr 2
(sqr=square root)
