Thirteen plus a number N is greater than fifteen

N is greater than or equal to 3. 13+3 is 16 which is greater than 15. Any number higher than 3 will also work because it’s higher that 15.

If this is what I think it means, then a number N is 3. Otherwise I don’t entirely understand.
