Volume of small box :


v=l* b* h\\\\v=2* 3* 4\\\\v=24\ units^3

Volume of big box :


V=L* B* H\\\\V=12* 21* 40\\\\V=10080\ units^3

Number of small boxes that can fit into bigger box :


n=(V)/(v)\\\\n=(10080)/(24)\\\\n=420

Therefore , 420 such boxes can fit .

Hence , this is the required solution .
