Answer: First find the GCF ( greatest Common Factor):-

GCF of 16, 24 and 48 is 8

GCF of the x terms is x^3

GCF of the y terms is y^4

So GCF is 8x^3y^4

Factoring:-

= 8x^3y^4 ( 2x^6y^4 - 16x^2y^2 + 3) answer
