A 14 year-old commits first degree premeditated murder. Should the 14 year-old be charged and tried as an adult? Why? Or why not?

No, Because the child is a minor though that doesn’t excuse the child of the crime he/she has committed

Answer:

No.

Step-by-step explanation:

The 14 year-old should not be charged as an adult, as the 14 year-old is still a minor. However, that is not too say that the same law should not apply to the 14 year old... the 14 year old is still bound to the same law.
