Which conditions are possible reasons for declining genetic diversity of a species

The intrusion of alien species, pollution, over-harvesting, habitat loss, and climate change are all concerning causes of biodiversity loss. Habitat loss is the most severe, however, because it lieterally leaves species without a place to live - eat, sleep, reproduce and fend for themselves.
