Willie Swift drives a hockey puck into the goal at a speed of 34.8 m/s. From a distance of 60.0 m, how long will it take to reach the net? I need an explanation of how to get it too so I can study that and understand how you guys are able to get that answer! thank you!

distance = rate time time

time = distance divided by rate

now just substitute

time = distance (60 m) divided by rate (34.8 m/sec)
