The answer would be 1:3 seconds make sure to double check the work but I’m 100% sure that’s what it is

Answer: 1.3 seconds

Step-by-step explanation:

Replace h with 0. Solve for t.

h = -16t^2 + 26\\\\0 = -16t^2 + 26\\\\16t^2 = 26\\\\t^2 = 26/16\\\\t^2 = 1.625\\\\t = √(1.625)\\\\t \approx 1.2748\\\\t \approx 1.3\\\\

It takes about 1.3 seconds for the balloon to hit the ground.
