Answer:

any or all real number, meaning anything works, the equations are equal!

Explanation:

2(4m + 1) = 4(3 + 2m)

8m+2=12+8m

8m=10+8m

0=10

this means that m can be any real number

hope this helped!

Answer:

No solution.

Explanation:

2(4m + 1) = 4(3 + 2m)\\

Expand:

2*4m+2*1=4*3+4*2m

8m+2=12+8m

Subtract 2 from both sides:

8m+2-2=12+8m-2

8m=8m+10

Subtract 8m from both sides:

8m-8m=8m+10-8m

0=10

Since both sides are not equal, there is no solution, because the value of m will not affect this end result of
0=10 which is false.
