What is used to keep dough from sticking on a rolling pin? flour is NOT a option!

Answer:

you can roll your dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper so that the rolling pin doesn't touch the dough directly. if the dough sticks to the paper then u caprprel it off later when it's chilled :)
