So first you would multiply by four on either side of the comparing bar.
So that would now be j < -72
Then to graph you put the number in between -76 and -74 with a closed dot going to the left
Tell me if I’m wrong!

Answer J < -72, all you have to do is multiply both sides by 4 since it’s a fraction
