How different is Algebra 2 from Pre-Calculus? I've heard that they're almost the same, is that true? Also what topics do you learn in Pre-Calculus?

Algebra is just algebra but precalculus has algebra and other things. I forget what its called but I think in precalculus you also learn beginner level trigonometry and some other things. I know its not an exact answer but I hope it helps.
