I think you go in order from smallest to largest go in this order. 0.9, 0.8, 0.7 0.6, 0.5, 0.4, 0.3, 0.2, 0.1, 0.0, 0.0, 0. then put the 1 from the top of the page down to the ones on the Nearest ten cart, also put the 1.0 in the nearest 10 cart.
