better value for money? You must show your working.

Answer: 1000g Bird Food gives the better value for money because when you muliply 2.5- pounds times 5 you get 12.50 pounds for 1000g but not in the case for 1000g for 10.50 pounds

1000 g boxes costs £10.50

Cost of 200g in 1000g box = 10.50/5 = 2.10

200 g box costs £2.50

So, buying 1000g box gives better value for money
