Explanation:

women=12 men=20% Total people=100% after arranging you use the the cross multiplication method if 20% are men and hundred percentage is the total . you first subtract 20% from hundred percent. you then get 80% this 80% of gotten is the percentage of women. if 80% is equal to 12 what about 20% you know cross multiply 20 * 12/80=3
