The coordinates of the point T are (5, -6) and the coordinates of point U are

(-7, -6). What is the distance, in units, between the point T and point U?

Here, the points of T and U are (5,-6) and (-7,-6) respectively.

Using formula for distance between two points.


(distance ) = \sqrt{( {x2 - x1)}^(2) + ( {y2 - y1)}^(2) }

Keep all values.

Simplify them to get answer.
