Supplementary angles are angles that add up to 180 degrees.

Angle 1 = x

Angle 2 = x + 10

Since they are supplementary, we can set then equal to 180

x + x + 10 = 180

Combine like terms

2x + 10 = 180

Subtract 10 from both sides

2x = 170

Divide both sides by 2

x = 85

Angle 1 = 85 degrees

Angle 2 = 85 + 10 = 95 degrees
