How do you undo a fraction? I know it's with multiplication, but what do you need to multiply?

Answer:

by the opposite of the fraction

Explanation:

for example 3/17 would be undone by multiplying it by 17/3 so the 3s cancel eachother out and so do 17 and 17

more examples:

6/10 x 10/6

13/27 x 27/13

3/4 x 4/3

Use the reciprocal
Example: 5/8
To undo times it by 8/5 to get 1
