First you would start with rewording the definition of Integrity.

something like :

As stated in the dictionary, the act of having integrity is to be honest and have strong morals. I don't have anyone I know personally but someone I think has extreme integrity is _______(ex. Master Miyagi from Karate kid) because he/they stayed true to his beliefs throughout their whole life/the length od the movie. He taught a young boy who didn't grow up with much to be brave and strong and taught him everything he could so that he would turn into an amazing Man.

Answer:

1. Integrity means being honest, following your moral principles and doing the right thing even when no one is watching.

2a. Person a notices person b dropped money. Person a picks up money they noticed person b dropped and gives person b all the money back without expecting a reward.

2b.This action of returning the money without expecting anything back and without taking any of the money shows integrity because it shows person a being honest. Being honest is shown when person a did not take some of the money and gave the person b all their money back. It also showed good principles and morals because person a did not expect anything in return.
