The last stanza could be used as an example of carpe diem but the best one is :

"Thus, though we cannot make our Sun

Stand still, yet we will make him run."

This specific line makes the point that they should both love each other passionately to make the most of the life they have. Horace' idea of carpe diem is that you should live life while you can which is what this line emphasized.
