Answer:

Social protest is a form of political expression that seeks to bring about social or political change by influencing the knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of the public or the policies of an organization or institution.

Political motive is an influence, usually political, or authority over others that is hidden or not obvious.

Social protest is most likely a protest for change for the people and political motive is more for higher officials who don't want change.

I’m going to say social protest is protesting socially like speaking out whether it’s at ceremonies movements etc. political motive is an act of violence as it’s motivation. The goals for each is social protest is speaking out political move goal is act of violence
