Now 5 2 slices is 10, like 5x2 so basically, it's kind of like backwards multiplying. if that makes sense. Think of it like this. if you see something like 14 ÷ 2, think of what number times 2 would be 14. 7, exactly. So Just write the number thats missing. Thats how i like to think of it.
