Given :

Mass of foil , m = 1.68 g .

Density of foil ,
\rho=7.31\ g/cm^3 .

To Find :

The thickness of the foil .

Solution :

Let , length and breadth is l and b respectively .

Also , height be h .

Volume is given by :

V=l* b* h

Density is given by :

\rho=(m)/(V)\\\\V=(m)/(\rho)\\\\l* b* h=(1.68)/(7.31)\\\\l* b* h=0.23\\\\h=(0.23)/(lb)

Therefore , thickness of the foil is
(0.23)/(lb) .

Hence , this is the required solution .
