A mixture of green paint contains 10 cups of blue paint and 15 cups of yellow paint. To make the same shade of green paint using 90 cups of blue paint, how many cups of yellow paint would you need?

Answer:

135 cups of yellow paint

Explanation:

I made a table and the way i did that was

i made two columns one titled blue and the other yellow

then i plugged the numbers in 10 over 15 then 90 over x

i then did 10 times 9 to get 90

so the final step was to multipy 15 by 9 to get 135
