Use midpoint formula: (x2 + x1)/2, (y2 + y1)/2

Plug in the numbers, this gives you (6,10)

Use distance formula to find distance between City A and City C.

√(x2−x1)^2+(y2−y1)^2

Plug in the numbers, this gives you √313 which is also 17.69
