Answer: 670 ft

Explanation:

We essentially have a cylinder and a cone that we can break the shape down into.

Volume of cylinder =
\pi r^(2) h

Volume of cone =
\pi r^(2) (h)/(3)

Volume of that shape =
\pi r^(2) h + \pi r^(2) (h)/(3)

Radius =
(diameter)/(2) = 4

Height of cylinder = 12

Height of cone = 16 - 12 = 4

Volume of cylinder =
\pi*4^(2)* 12 = 192\pi

Volume of cone =
\pi*4^(2)*(4)/(3) = (64)/(3)\pi

Volume of shape =
(64)/(3) \pi +192\pi

=
21.3\pi +192\pi = 213.3\pi

or 670.1 feet
